Your artwork will be bubble-wrapped and shipped in strong cardboard packaging. Pre-used packing boxes will be used to send your work to you because they are light and strong and I don't believe in destroying the planet. The packaging is designed to keep shipping costs down, but ensures your work has the best chance of arriving undamaged. Your work will be shipped with Australia Post using their Standard Service, that is, NOT Express. Please note - estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Australia Post, and therefore they cannot be guaranteed by me either.

Prints and Gift Certificates will be shipped without tracking, in order to keep shipping costs down.

Artworks and Books will be shipped with tracking in order to ensure their safe arrival.


I have never experienced a problem with Australia Post, however, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you would prefer me to send your work by another postal service, (e.g. via Courier or Express) please let me know. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.



My aim is to create a personalised work that you absolutely LOVE. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me at and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be applicable to those items that are faulty. In this instance, all costs (including the cost of shipping the item back to me) will be refunded once the item is received back with me. As each work is custom made, refunds or exchanges are not available if you change your mind.



Any personal information that you provide in order to purchase a work or make an enquiry (such as your email address) will not be shared with, or sold to, anyone else because I have morals. Also, because I would have no idea about how to go about doing such a thing anyway.
